From supporting small-scale farmers to discovering local markets, these experiences highlight some of the most exciting travel and gastronomy experiences globally.

Farm2Food Accelerator: Empowering Local Farmers

The Farm2Food Accelerator program, led by the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA), empowers small-scale, historically underserved farmers. It offers a 15-module training program, helping food entrepreneurs expand their market reach. The focus is on ensuring their value-added products meet food safety standards and thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

With sustainability at its core, the program is expanding to Nevada, Virginia, and Colorado. This strengthens local agricultural communities. As farmers grow their businesses, they foster resilient food systems and support sustainable agricultural practices.
